Key Responsibilities:   - Manage all store operations including sales, staff scheduling, inventory, and merchandising. - Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve store sales targets. - Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service. - Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation meet brand guidelines. - Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the supply chain for replenishment. - Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. - Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management. - Conduct regular audits and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. - Drive promotional and marketing activities in coordination with the head office. - Recruit and onboard new staff as needed. Requirements:   - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred). - Minimum 3–5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the apparel industry. - Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
