JOB Description: Responsible for creating visually compelling designs for our social media, website, and marketing campaigns. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) is required. Should be able to conceptualize and execute campaign creatives, motion graphics, and branding elements. Should have 5-8 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or advertising, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, typography, color theory, and composition. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) is essential, along with knowledge of motion graphics and basic video editing. The role requires a keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead design projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams. Opening for Customer Support Executive (D2C) Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact between the company and customers, addressing post & pre sale queries. Handle customer queries related to order tracking, returns, exchanges, and refunds via email/whatsapp Manage end-to-end customer service for the company website. Ensure smooth communication and resolution of issues with dispatch, returns, refunds, and other internal teams. Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues as needed for quick resolution. Conduct regular follow-ups with customers, gathering feedback for continuous improvement. Use platforms like Shopify, ClickPost, GoKwik and Kwikengage or similar tools for order management, returns and whatsapp. Required Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
