Since its inception, Kisah has been growing 50% YoY and has demonstrated market leadership in fashion ecommerce.   Opening for Customer Support Executive (D2C) Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact between the company and customers, addressing post & pre sale queries. Handle customer queries related to order tracking, returns, exchanges, and refunds via email/whatsapp Manage end-to-end customer service for the company website. Ensure smooth communication and resolution of issues with dispatch, returns, refunds, and other internal teams. Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues as needed for quick resolution. Conduct regular follow-ups with customers, gathering feedback for continuous improvement. Use platforms like Shopify, ClickPost, GoKwik and Kwikengage or similar tools for order management, returns and whatsapp. Required Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Knowledge of Shopify, ClickPost, GoKwik and Kwikengage or similar tools is a plus. Preference will be given to immediate joiner .
