Retail Store Manager

As a Store Manager at our company, you will be responsible for achieving monthly/annual sales targets, handling entire store operations, and converting high-value customer queries into sales. You will play a lead role, provide guidance to the team, and maintain a customer-centric approach. Additionally, you will focus on making the store profitable, cutting down costs, and preparing an appropriate merchandise mix as per customer requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve monthly/annual sales targets - Handle entire store operations efficiently - Convert high-value customer queries into sales - Provide guidance and motivation to the team - Maintain a customer-centric approach - Focus on store profitability and cost reduction - Prepare merchandise mix as per customer requirements Qualifications Required: - Preferably have extensive experience working with clothing brands - Excellent spoken English and Hindi communication skills - Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role - Ability to work 11 hours per day - Flexibility in time and work based on requirements - Efficient in store operations As an additional detail, our company has approximately 25 retail Jockey stores in Nashik. We are seeking a dynamic store manager who can effectively handle the entire retail store operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in the same field and be capable of motivating and retaining store personnel. This is a full-time, permanent position with day shifts. The work location is in Nashik, Maharashtra. Candidates should be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work.,
