About the Role:

We are seeking a Luxury Retail Store Manager to oversee our store operations in Store. The ideal candidate has a passion for luxury products, outstanding communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day store operations from opening to closing, ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

• Drive store sales and achieve sales targets, processing product sales and providing exceptional customer support.

• Maintain accurate store records, monitor inventory, and ensure the store is visually appealing and well-stocked.

• Foster a positive shopping environment and maximize sales opportunities.

• Assist customers with product selection, creating excitement around our brand.

• Act as a brand ambassador, converting walk-in traffic into loyal clients.

• Build and nurture client relationships to encourage repeat business.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in retail, with a preference for luxury retail, luxury interiors/home décor/home furnishing industries

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong customer service orientation and a passion for luxury products.

• Self-motivated, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

• Organizational skills to manage store records and inventory effectively.
