Retail Store Manager

As a results-driven leader, you will be responsible for managing all showroom operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales for Ornate Jewels. Your role will require a combination of management expertise and hands-on sales ability to meet targets and uphold the brand's reputation. Key Responsibilities: - Sales & Service: Greet customers, provide personalized service, utilize your in-depth knowledge of gold and diamond jewellery to guide purchases, and achieve monthly sales targets. - Store Operations: Lead and motivate the showroom team, maintain brand standards for cleanliness and appearance, oversee stock/inventory management, and ensure compliance with security protocols. - Administration: Handle billing accurately, manage cash transactions, prepare daily sales reports, and coordinate with accounts/purchase for stock management and pricing. - Marketing: Organize local promotions, collaborate with the marketing team to increase footfall, and contribute to driving sales through marketing initiatives. - Customer Relations: Address customer concerns promptly and professionally to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Qualifications: - Graduate with a preference for Retail Management or sales certification. In addition to the above details, the job type for this position is full-time.
