Job Description

Sales & Customer Experience: Lead the team to achieve sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Ensure exceptional, personalized customer service and build long-term customer relationships. Team Management: Recruit, train, motivate, and mentor staff on product knowledge, selling techniques, and brand standards. Prepare work schedules and conduct performance evaluations. Inventory & Operations: Oversee all daily operations including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and compliance with security protocols. Manage inventory levels, conduct regular audits to minimize shrinkage (theft/loss), and coordinate stock replenishment. Merchandising: Ensure the store's visual presentation, displays, and overall ambiance align with brand guidelines to attract customers. Financial & Strategic Planning: Monitor the store's financial performance, analyze sales data and market trends, prepare reports for senior management, and develop/implement sales and marketing strategies.
