Job Description

Deliver orders to customers at specified locations, adhering to assigned routes and delivery schedules. Manage delivery process by picking up goods from a warehouse, store, or restaurant, and loading and unloading them carefully. Optimize delivery routes by planning the most efficient path using GPS or navigation apps to ensure timely service. Collect payments from customers when necessary and accurately record transactions. Provide customer service by communicating effectively with customers to confirm delivery details and professionally addressing any inquiries or complaints. Maintain records of deliveries, customer interactions, and any issues that arise during transit. Operate and inspect vehicle safely, following all traffic laws and performing basic maintenance to keep the delivery vehicle clean and in good working condition. Report issues or delays to a supervisor or dispatcher promptly.
