Retail Finance Manager

Job Title: Manager – Credit Control & Receivables Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Manage debtors and aged outstanding in line with business requirements, ensuring healthy receivables and cash flow. Implement and monitor credit policies, including automation initiatives and process improvements. Maintain secured (Bank Guarantee-backed) and unsecured credit portfolio with zero defaults. Provide strategic inputs for efficient debtor management to support business growth and billing. Handle Bank Guarantee (BG) and Letter of Credit (LC) processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards. Track and analyze Dealer Health Index, compare performance across parameters, and suggest improvements. Share updates and insights with field teams for better decision-making and execution. Ensure timely charging of interest on BG, TL, and identify critical dealers to mitigate risks. Prepare and publish monthly finance reports on credit, aged outstanding, and unsecured receivables. Leverage automation and digitization opportunities for process efficiency. Collaborate with regional and zonal offices to coordinate collection plans, reviews, and execution. Experience 7–12 years of experience in credit control, receivables management, or financial operations, preferably in FMCG/Manufacturing/Automotive industry. Qualifications CA / ICWA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent professional qualification. Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of credit policy, receivables management, and compliance frameworks. Proficiency in financial reporting, automation tools, and ERP systems. Analytical mindset with ability to monitor risk indicators and dealer performance. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to drive process improvements, automation, and digitization in credit management.
