Role Overview

The Retail Finance Manager will oversee financial planning, reporting, and analysis for the retail operations, ensuring accurate accounting, compliance, and data-driven financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all retail financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Analyze financial performance and provide insights to management for strategic decisions.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
• Collaborate with merchandising, supply chain, and store teams to optimize costs and improve profitability.
• Monitor cash flow, sales, and expenses across retail operations.
• Implement financial controls, systems, and processes to enhance operational efficiency.
• Prepare management reports, KPI dashboards, and business insights.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in retail finance, preferably in apparel/fashion.
• Strong financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Excel.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA is a plus.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
