Role Title:
Lead – Retail Finance

Location of job: Noida

Experience: 5+ years

Education: MBA

Objective of role:

  • Support Sales by providing retail finance solutions & disruptive schemes for customers & channel partners by tying up with major financers.
  • Ensure availability of Working Capital through Inventory Funding program for channel partners and to ensure stock availability at counters as per the company norms.
  • Contribute to profitability of the organization using additional source of revenue using insurance Business.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Support sales and increase retail finance penetration by driving the sales finance team.
  • Ensure RF manpower & scheme availability in the all the dealer counters.
  • Review & monitor sales finance team on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis to make sure achievement of plan taken
  • Build excellent relationships in the financing industry to drive best financing solutions for the customers & channel partners
  • Overall driving the sales finance team to achieve AMD, AD, 3-wheeler & APS Inventory funding limits as per plan
  • Stock position of the dealers as per company norms
  • Managing the IF portfolio of all the banks of Rs.1400 Crs limit.
  • To coordinate & monitor the performance of Insurance companies & Broker.
