Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Functional Responsibilities Negotiation, Drafting and review of Contracts IP filings and registration Skilled in drafting of reply for examination / opposition / counter statements, etc., Knowledge on civil and criminal court procedures Rapport with the IP office Legal Research Maintenance of MIS database JOB REQUIREMENTS Qualifications & Experience Education: Law Graduate Experience: 3 5 years Age: Below 30 yrs Gender: Male Preferred Industry: Automobile/ Manufacturing Sector Should be prepared to travel as and when required Functional Competencies Must-To-Go Skills: Expertise in contract drafting, negotiation, and review. Strong understanding of IP filings, registrations, and litigation processes. Familiarity with drafting legal responses (examination/opposition/counter statements). In-depth knowledge of civil and criminal court procedures. Established rapport and working knowledge of IP office operations. Proficiency in maintaining legal databases and MIS reporting. Good-To-Go Skills: Experience in the automobile or manufacturing sector. Knowledge of emerging trends in IP law and contract management. Familiarity with cross-border legal and IP issues. Prior exposure to technology-driven IP tools or systems.
