Job Description

Designation : Manager Legal

Shift : US (7pm to 4am)

Location: Noida, Sector 4

The role shall be of an inhouse counsel.

Role & responsibilities

Drafting, negotiating, reviewing agreements (commercial contracts including NDAs, Lease, Master-Service Agreement, employment etc.) for USA, Canada & India .
Providing opinion on legal matters to the Management.
Briefing and managing outside counsel in Litigation matters.
Drafting and sending notices for recovery, breach of contract etc.
Filing complaints and liaising with police and relevant authorities.

Experience & Education:

LLB from a good institution.
At least 4 years experience post qualification, with at least 2 year with a Corporate.
Should have experience of drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts.
Experience of drafting and sending notices.
Good contacts in the Legal fraternity.
Exposure to Litigation and familiarity with court .
