Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at Aakraya Research LLP, with 5-10 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage daily restaurant operations, including staff supervision and customer service.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and hygiene.
Analyze sales reports and market trends to optimize menu offerings and pricing.
Lead and motivate a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to achieve excellent customer service.
Implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste and optimize resources.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for managing a team effectively.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of point-of-sale systems and inventory management software is required.
Excellent problem-solving skills are needed to resolve customer complaints and issues.
The candidate should be able to analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions.
