Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and articulate Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, manage staff, and uphold the highest standards of service. The ideal candidate will bring passion for hospitality, attention to detail, and leadership that inspires.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations — dining service, reservations, guest relations, and team performance.
Train, motivate, and manage FOH (front-of-house) and service staff.
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and quality control.
Maintain cost control and monitor inventory, ordering, and vendor relations.
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues gracefully.
Support marketing, events, and community engagement.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and licensing standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,213.66 - ₹40,000.00 per month
