Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at Hotel Green Park. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong background in managing restaurants and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage daily restaurant operations, including staff supervision and customer service.
Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales.
Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and hygiene.
Train and mentor staff members to enhance their skills and performance.
Analyze sales reports and market trends to inform business decisions.

Job Requirements
