Job Description

· Oversee the daily operations of the café, including opening and closing procedures.

· Ensure that all operational processes are efficient and streamlined for quick service.

· Monitor and manage the flow of orders, ensuring timely service and product consistency.

· Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment in the café.

· Recruit, train, and supervise café staff, including baristas, kitchen staff, and front-of-house employees.

· Create staff schedules to ensure appropriate coverage during peak hours.

· Monitor staff performance, conduct regular evaluations, and provide coaching or disciplinary actions as needed.

· Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.

· Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service.

· Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.

· Train staff on customer service standards and encourage a customer-first approach.

· Manage customer queues and orders efficiently during peak hours.

· Monitor the café’s financial performance, including sales, profits, and costs.

· Develop strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and control costs.

· Manage the café’s budget, including labor, inventory, and operating expenses.

· Conduct regular cash handling, reconciliation, and reporting to maintain financial accuracy.

· Oversee inventory levels, ensuring that all items are adequately stocked.

· Manage relationships with suppliers and ensure timely ordering of ingredients and supplies.

· Minimize waste and manage stock rotation to reduce spoilage and control costs.

· Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety and hygiene standards.

· Conduct regular inspections to ensure all equipment is in good working order.

· Train staff on proper food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols.

· Ensure the café adheres to all local laws and regulations.

· Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotions, seasonal offers, and new product launches.

· Monitor customer feedback and trends to improve service and menu offerings.

· Work to increase customer engagement through loyalty programs, community events, or social media

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
