Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Captain to join our team at The Ocean Pearl Times Square in the Hotels & Restaurants industry. Candidates should have 1-5 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage daily restaurant operations, including staff supervision and customer service.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and hygiene.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
Train and mentor new staff members to improve performance.
Monitor inventory levels and manage supplies.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Restaurant Captain or similar role.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
Knowledge of point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
