Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an F&B Assistant Fresher at The Leela Palace. This role is ideal for freshers with 0-1 year of experience, offering the opportunity to learn and grow with our organization.

Roles and Responsibility

Assist in food preparation and presentation to ensure high-quality dishes.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
Collaborate with other departments to provide excellent customer service.
Participate in inventory management and stock control.
Develop new menu ideas and recipes to enhance our culinary offerings.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Basic knowledge of food safety protocols and hygiene practices.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards.
