Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Reservation - Front Office specialist in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in front office operations, preferably in hotels or restaurants.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front office operations, including handling reservations and guest inquiries.
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain accurate records of reservations and guest interactions.
Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance front office efficiency.
Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives.

Job Requirements
