  • Prepare and present 

    monthly analysis reports

     comparing internal systems, workflows, and results with 

    industry best practices

     and benchmarks.
  • Recommend and evaluate 

    new tools, platforms, and features

     that can provide a 

    competitive advantage

     and enhance overall efficiency and service delivery.
  • Research and propose integration options across relevant platforms into the organizations workflow.
  • Propose and support implementation of 

    automation solutions

     to minimize manual interventions, reduce errors, and improve data flow.
  • Ensure 

    100% data accuracy

     and integrity across all CRM modules and internal platforms.
  • Conduct regular 

    audits of CRM data

  • Identify data gaps, duplications, or inconsistencies and initiate corrective action in coordination with the respective stakeholders.
  • Act as the 

    central liaison

     between 

    Tech, Operations, Sales, and Marketing

     to ensure all relevant updates, processes, and inputs are accurately mapped and maintained in the CRM and related systems.
  • Work closely with 

    advisors, trainers, and operations teams

     to capture the 

    latest university updates

    policy/process changes

    , and 

    new services

    , and ensure they are promptly reflected on the platform.
  • Collaborate with the tech team to 

    design, test, and deploy internal tools

     (checklists, templates) that support real-time decision-making and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain consistent and accurate communication by regularly updating the portal with the latest information to keep employees informed.
  • Ensure all training materials, updates, changes, and critical modifications are effectively communicated, keeping users well-informed and aligned with current processes.
  • Conduct ongoing research on international institutions, academic programs, and educational trends to ensure the database remains accurate, relevant, and comprehensive.
  • Add and update data entries related to courses, universities, campuses, career outcomes, required documentation, application deadlines, and educational resources within the portal.
  • Keep the knowledge library updated by incorporating the latest information and resources as they become available.
  • Oversee and regularly update the university matrix to ensure all information regarding universities, programs, and academic offerings is accurate and up to date.


Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors degree (or higher) in Education, Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 35 years of experience in a similar role involving research, team coordination, or educational data management.
  • Proven experience in managing data platforms, knowledge bases, or educational content systems.
