Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Research and Development Manager located in New Delhi. The Research and Development Manager will oversee and manage R&D activities, including directing and coordinating projects, conducting research, and developing innovative solutions. The individual will lead and motivate a team, ensuring effective project management and timely delivery of results, all while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Research and Development (R&D) and Research
• Strong Team Management and Team Leadership skills
• Experience in Project Management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Experience in the cleantech or energy storage industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred
