Key Roles & Responsibilities 1. Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed individual sales targets assigned by the Branch Sales Manager. 2. Payment Collection: Ensure prompt collection of payments within agreed timelines. 3. Customer Management: Maintain and enhance relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and retention. Identify opportunities to introduce new customers and expand business. 4. Lead Generation and Sales Process: Generate leads and initiate the sales process to secure new business opportunities. 5. Interdepartmental Coordination Collaborate with other departments within the branch for efficient order processing and timely delivery 6. Brand Implementation: Collaborate with the branding team to implement defined brand activities and promotions effectively. 7. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare comprehensive reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing sales and market data. 8. Interdepartmental Coordination: Collaborate with other departments within the branch for efficient order processing and timely delivery. Any other responsibilities assigned by Branch Sales Manager. Profile requirements Qualifications: Should be a graduate. Communication Skills: Good communication and proficiency in the local language. Transportation: Must possess a two-wheeler with a valid driving license. Travel: Willing to travel independently to meet various customers and dealers. Sales Focus: Generate inquiries and orders for the following products handled by the branch: Steel pipes MS pipes GI pipes Hollow sections Additional Advantage: Candidates with experience in sales of the above products.
