Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Strategy: Develop and implement marketing & sales plans for water treatment chemicals.
Market Insight: Analyze trends, identify opportunities, and monitor competitors in the water treatment industry.
Product & Campaigns: Position products, create promotional content (digital, events, etc.), & manage marketing campaigns.
Sales Support: Enable the sales team with materials, training, and technical expertise to achieve targets.
Relationships: Build and nurture client relationships with key players (clients, consultants, etc.).
Digital Presence: Manage online marketing activities to boost brand visibility and generate leads.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry.
5+ years experience in sales and marketing within the chemical/water treatment industry.
Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets and driving growth.
