The Senior Manager Marketing will lead domestic and international market development initiatives, oversee the existing marketing team, and build strategic plans to drive revenue growth. This role requires strong leadership, global business exposure, and an in-depth understanding of industrial/mining raw materials markets. Key Responsibilities International Market Development Identify, evaluate and develop new export markets for Kaolin & mineral products Build strong relationships with international distributors, traders, and direct customers Conduct global market research, competitor evaluation, and pricing strategies Participate in international trade shows, exhibitions, and customer visits Drive export sales targets and expand the companys global footprint Domestic Market Leadership Guide and motivate the domestic sales & marketing team to achieve targets Monitor daily activities, sales pipeline, customer follow-ups, and CRM updates Support team in developing new domestic customers and strengthening existing relationships Collaborate with production / QC for product development based on market needs Strategic & Operational Management Design and execute annual sales plans and marketing strategies Track key business metrics – revenue, market share, customer retention Ensure timely negotiation, closing, and contract finalization Manage pricing, credit policies, and customer satisfaction initiatives Key Skills & Competencies Strong international marketing and B2B sales background Knowledge of Kaolin / minerals / chemicals market preferred Leadership & team-management skills Excellent negotiation, networking & communication skills Market research, analytical & strategic planning capability Willingness to travel domestically & internationally Compensation Competitive salary + incentives Travel allowance + other benefits
