Roles and ResponsibilitiesManage attendance, leave, payroll processing, statutory compliance, contract labor management, and time office operations.Ensure accurate salary processing and wage calculations for employees.Maintain records of employee data and perform regular audits to ensure compliance with labour laws.Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve any issues related to HR operations.Provide support in implementing new HR policies and procedures.

Roles and ResponsibilitiesConduct risk assessments, hazard identification, and safety audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.Develop and implement effective safety training programs for employees on HIRA (Hazard Identification Risk Assessment), JSA (Job Safety Analysis), PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) usage, fire safety protocols, and other relevant topics.Implement a work permit system to control access to potentially hazardous areas or equipment during maintenance activities.Ensure accurate documentation of all safety-related records including incident reports, near misses, and audit findings.Collaborate with management to develop policies and procedures related to health, safety, environment (HSE). Conduct safety campaigns and other safety motivational program for site staff and workers.

Degree/ Diploma having 4 to 6 years of QA/QC related work experience. Minimum 3000 Log hoursMinimum 2 Years as Rope access Technician and at least 2 years as Level 3 Supervisor.Minimum 5 Years working experience in any Industrial areas like Oil Gas, Chemical, Power plant and Coal Mining.Implementation and maintenance QHSE procedures and policy.Experience in various methods of Surface preparation and painting like Blasting, manual cleaning, Power tool cleaning, Brush/Roller painting, Spray painting etc.Supervise and perform painting and coating tasks using IRATA Level 3 rope access techniques. Providing resolution to customer complaints, by identifying the root cause and implementation of corrective measures.Ensuring safety implementation, emergency preparedness and response on site.Adequate job knowledge skills essential for executing the job effectively.Should be able to communicate effectively with his working crew (Job specific/safety related)Ability to carry out risk assessment associated as per the job conditions.Ability to prepare and document Progress reports and QHSE reports.Knowledge experience in complex advanced RA rescue methods.Knowledge certifications in basic First aid Emergency response.Ability to manage a group of technicians in a planned organizational manner Provide guidance and supervision to the rope access painting team. Communicate effectively with site supervisors, safety officers, and clients. Maintain detailed job reports, work permits, and inspection logs. Implement and enforce IRATA safety protocols and emergency procedures.
