Job Title: HR Associate Job Description: As a HR - Associate primary roles & responsibility is involving IPEC’s HR management system in terms of HR documents & records with respect to ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949;2016, ISO14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO27001:2022 & CSRs. 1. Experience Minimum 2 years’ experience with respect to above description Conduct risk assessment for HR functions for QMS, EMS, OHS, ISMS & CSRs Maintain & update HR Procedures for QMS,EMS,OHS,ISMS & CSRs Monitor & Update HR’s MOP daily, weekly ,monthly basis Review HR’s MOP with in HR function Coordinate & support IMS team for QMS, EMS,OHS ,ISMS & CSRs Maintain & update HR’s Level 1, 2, 3, 4 documents & records for QMS, EMS, OHS, ISMS, CSRs Conduct & participate internal & external audit on behalf of HR function NC close and submit with in time period Monitor effectiveness of the QMS, EMS, OHS, ISMS & CSRs 2. Knowledge Document control – Change management & Confidentiality Document linkages – Integrated management system 3. Education: BBA / MBA in HR or related field. 4.
