Job Title: HR Associate

As a HR - Associate primary roles & responsibility is involving IPEC’s HR management system in terms of HR documents & records with respect to ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949;2016, ISO14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO27001:2022 & CSRs.

1.

• Minimum 2 years’ experience with respect to above description
• Conduct risk assessment for HR functions for QMS, EMS, OHS, ISMS & CSRs
• Maintain & update HR Procedures for QMS,EMS,OHS,ISMS & CSRs
• Monitor & Update HR’s MOP daily, weekly ,monthly basis
• Review HR’s MOP with in HR function
• Coordinate & support IMS team for QMS, EMS,OHS ,ISMS & CSRs
• Maintain & update HR’s Level 1, 2, 3, 4 documents & records for QMS, EMS, OHS, ISMS, CSRs
• Conduct & participate internal & external audit on behalf of HR function
• NC close and submit with in time period
• Monitor effectiveness of the QMS, EMS, OHS, ISMS & CSRs
