Role & responsibilities

Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies for Steel and HDPE Barrels to drive business growth.
Market Insight & Research:
Analyse market trends, identify new business opportunities, and monitor competitor activities within the barrel industry.
Sales Enablement:
Support the sales team with marketing materials, technical product knowledge, and training sessions to help achieve business targets.
Customer Engagement:
Build strong relationships with key clients, gather customer feedback, and align marketing strategies with client needs.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience in Sales & Marketing within the Barrel (Steel/HDPE) industry or related industrial sectors.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving market share growth.
Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
