Job Title: Marketing & Operations Manager (Internal Office Role)

Location: Jubliee Hills Office

TruVit is India’s first quick commerce health diagnostics platform, building the country’s most accessible Neighborhood Health Hub network. With rapid sample collection (within 60 minutes) and report delivery (in under 5 hours), TruVit connects patients, doctors, and diagnostics through a seamless digital platform ensuring faster, transparent, and trustworthy care.

Role Overview:

This role combines internal operational management and marketing coordination responsibilities. The individual will manage daily internal operations, coordinate closely with business development teams, and ensure marketing activities are executed smoothly through continuous liaison with external marketing agencies.

The ideal candidate should be highly organized, process-oriented, and capable of driving performance tracking and inter-team communication within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management (Internal Office Focus)

  • Coordinate daily operations across departments; act as a central communication link between teams.
  • Take updates from Business Development Executives (BDEs) and ensure goals, follow-ups, and performance trackers are updated daily.
  • Create, assign, and monitor monthly goals and KPIs for each team member.
  • Maintain MIS reports, operational dashboards, and progress tracking logs.
  • Support management with weekly status reports and insights on field performance.
  • Identify workflow bottlenecks and recommend improvements to internal processes.

Marketing Coordination (with Agency & Management)

  • Act as the single point of contact between TruVit management and the external marketing agency.
  • Oversee marketing projects, from campaign concept approvals to deliverables and performance tracking.
  • Work with agency on campaign briefs, brand creatives, local activations, and social media rollouts.
  • Track marketing calendar, ensure all campaigns are approved on time and executed within deadlines.
  • Review campaign metrics and share weekly marketing performance updates with management.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Good reporting and goal-tracking ability (Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM tools).
  • Communication skills to interface between management, business teams, and marketing partners.
  • Understanding of marketing campaign structure and execution timelines.
  • Problem-solving and proactive approach in managing inter-team dependencies.
  • Prior exposure to business operations, marketing processes, or agency coordination preferred.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Operations Management. MBA preferred but not mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
