Business Development

Responsibilities:

• Visit clinics and hospitals to build trusted relationships and onboard doctors to the diagnostics platform.
• Present the company’s benefits, assist doctors with registration, KYC, and digital dashboard usage.
• Provide training and support to doctors on booking workflows and platform tools.
• Respond to franchise inquiries, pitch the franchise business model, and close agreements.
• Manage franchise onboarding, SOP training, operational readiness, and launch support.
• Address questions, maintain high satisfaction, and ensure smooth usage for both doctors and franchise partners.
• Track, report, and achieve monthly targets for doctor sign-ups and franchise acquisitions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree; experience in field sales, healthcare, or franchise/business development preferred.
• Strong communication, relationship building, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel locally; organized and self-driven with a passion for technology and healthcare growth.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Hyderbad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Health Care : 2 years (Required)

Language:

• English (Preferred)
• English, Hindi, Telugu (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 50% (Required)
