Description We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in maintenance, with a strong focus on mechanical and electrical repairs. This role involves ensuring the reliability and performance of our equipment through regular maintenance and troubleshooting. Responsibilities Perform regular maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal operation. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues in equipment. Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance checks on various systems. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs. Collaborate with team members to improve equipment reliability and performance. Skills and Qualifications 1-5 years of experience in maintenance or related field. Proficiency in mechanical and electrical repair. Knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical systems. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good communication and teamwork skills.

Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities To take full responsibility for the bar opening procedure and pay attention to the cleanliness and alignment of equipment, freshness and correct preparation of all ingredients, and stock levels of all bottles. Ensure smooth running of all bar operations. Ensure weekly/daily checklists are completed by bar staff. Ensure all of the bar team adhere to systems and procedures as outlined in the standards of procedures manual. Ensure all stock is rotated and stored in a safe manner. Ensure all bars are prepared for set up in advance of each shift and in accordance with relevant standards of procedure. Ensure that all staff arrive to work on time and in correct uniform and name badge as per weekly rota. Develop, train and coach bar staff to the standards required of the establishment in accordance with the standards of procedures manual. Induction, monitoring and ongoing training of casual bar staff. Manage daily inventory, wastage, promo drinks and spoilage. Record and report incidents as appropriate. Should have detailed knowledge about Beer Pouring Manual. SOP for Beer line cleaning. SOP for receiving fresh kegs and calculating empty keg variance. Ensure that bar requisitions are made as per the par stock.
