Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage relationships with existing clients to increase sales revenue through cross-selling of various financial products such as credit cards, home loans, personal loans, business loans, etc.
Identify new business opportunities by prospecting for leads and converting them into potential customers.
Develop a strong understanding of the local market trends and customer needs to provide tailored solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client queries and issues in an efficient manner.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions using CRM software.
