Role & responsibilities

For Relationship Manager PB Classic:

Manage and grow the portfolio of Classic / High Net Worth (HNI) clients.
Cross-sell banking products like CASA, Insurance, Mutual Funds, Demat, Loans, etc.
Provide financial advice and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Ensure achievement of monthly revenue and balance growth targets.
Maintain compliance and service quality standards.

For Branch Sales Manager (BSM):

Drive sales and business growth for the branch through CASA, Insurance, and cross-sell products.
Manage a team of Sales Officers and ensure branch-level target achievement.
Monitor daily activities, ensure high-quality customer acquisition, and maintain business hygiene.
Collaborate with operations and service teams for smooth branch functioning.
Build a strong customer base through community engagement and local marketing initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate / Postgraduate
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Proven sales and customer-handling experience in retail banking
Target-oriented with leadership qualities (for BSM role)
Must have good knowledge of local market and customer behavior
