Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage cash handling activities at the teller counter, ensuring accurate processing of transactions and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Provide exceptional service to customers by resolving their queries and concerns in a timely manner.
Identify cross-selling opportunities for bank products and services, increasing revenue through sales growth.
Maintain accurate records of transactions, balances, and other relevant data using branch systems.
Collaborate with team members to achieve daily targets and goals.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-6 years of experience in branch banking or related field (cash management, sales).
Strong knowledge of cashier operations, including cash handling procedures.
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
