HIRING: Relationship Officer Home Loan Sales

About the Role

Relationship Officers

Key Responsibilities

Source and acquire new customers for
Home Loan / LAP products
through field visits, builder channels, and references.
Maintain strong relationships with builders, connectors, and channel partners.
Generate leads through open-market activities, cold calls, and on-ground promotions.
Understand customer needs and offer appropriate home loan solutions.
Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure high-quality customer service.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience:
0.6 – 2 Years (Preferably in Home Loan / Mortgage / Field Sales)
Qualification:
Graduate / MBA Preferred
Two-Wheeler:
Mandatory (for field visits)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Local area knowledge and customer-handling ability
