: Relationship Manager – Corporate Accounts
About The Opportunity
We are hiring an on-site Relationship Manager to own client relationships for corporate and enterprise accounts across Indian locations. This role is revenue- and service-focused: you will secure renewals, expand footprint through upsell, and be the primary point of contact to ensure the highest levels of occupancy, satisfaction, and contract compliance.Role & Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of corporate accounts end-to-end—own renewals, expansions, billing, and contract compliance to maximise retention and revenue.
- Manage end to end sales cycle, from lead generation, follow ups to payment collection.
- Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities (additional seats, meeting rooms, managed services) and convert pipeline into signed expansions.
- Negotiate commercial terms and lease/service agreements with clients and coordinate legal/operations handoffs to finalize deals.
- Serve as primary client touchpoint: resolve operational issues, coordinate on-site deliveries, and ensure SLA adherence with internal teams.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and account activity in CRM; produce forecasts and client reports for leadership and monthly reviews.
- Partner with Sales, Operations, and Finance to execute onboarding, ensure smooth transitions, and implement client feedback for service improvements.

- Proven track record in managing B2B/corporate accounts with a focus on renewals and expansions.
- Demonstrable success meeting or exceeding revenue targets and renewals metrics.
- Strong contract negotiation experience, including commercial lease or service agreement terms.
