Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Pattan. Responsibilities include building and nurturing client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact, and ensuring client satisfaction. The Relationship Manager will analyze client needs, provide customized solutions, and coordinate with internal teams to meet client goals. Monitoring client feedback and addressing any concerns will also be an essential part of the role, along with identifying opportunities to grow client accounts. Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including relationship building and client engagement Problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical abilities to address client needs effectively Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple accounts efficiently Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve client satisfaction Proficiency in using CRM software and basic understanding of customer service technologies Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field is preferred Prior experience in a customer-facing role or account management is an advantage Ability to work on-site in Pattan and adapt to a fast-paced work environment
