Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Trivandrum. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, and offering suitable insurance solutions. Key tasks include providing expert advice, addressing customer queries, and supporting them throughout the policy lifecycle. You will focus on achieving business targets, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring a seamless experience for clients.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Keen understanding of insurance products, financial planning, and sales strategies
• Proven skills in problem-solving, decision-making, and customer service
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and effectively meet deadlines
• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and tools
• Experience in insurance, financial services, or related fields is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
