Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented SalesManager to be a part of our Corporate Solutions Group. The role involvesmanaging relationships with corporate clients and insurance brokers, drivingnew business, and ensuring consistent service delivery. You will be responsiblefor achieving sales targets, retaining existing clients, and coordinatingclosely with internal teams to support business growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Client & Broker Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned corporate clients and brokers to support business growth.
  • Business Development : Identify potential leads, respond to quote requests, and follow up to convert them into sales.
  • Sales Target Achievement : Meet monthly and quarterly business targets by driving consistent performance.
  • Client Servicing : Ensure timely resolution of client queries and maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Coordination : Work closely with internal teams like underwriting, operations, and finance to ensure smooth onboarding, policy issuance, and commission processes.
  • Retention : Support renewal of existing accounts and maintain ongoing engagement with key stakeholders.
  • Reporting : Maintain sales trackers, broker performance reports, and pipeline updates for regular business reviews.


Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of general insurance and corporate sales
  • Experience in managing brokers or channel partners
  • Good communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
  • Goal-oriented with a strong focus on execution
  • Comfortable with reporting, MIS, and coordination across teams
