Job Description

Role & responsibilities

The role is responsible for managing the end to end credit function for Micro Mortgage vertical for the Region.
Analyze and review credit proposals and related documentation to ensure that they adhere to the Banks prevailing credit standards and policy guidelines.
Approve loans as per the delegation of authority based on the recommendation from Micro Mortgage Field Credit.
Monitor credit quality to be consistent and adherent to the Banks prevailing policy guidelines.
Periodic monitoring of OTC and PDD (post disbursement document) to ensure the documentations is in line with policy and process.
Responsible for all aspects related to Branch Operations & directing efforts toward accomplishment of business targets by creating sound portfolio.
Prepare staffing budget, ensure timely hiring and build strong Credit team in the field.
Adherence to TAT policy.
Be aware of the market trends and activities of Competition to adopt best practices.
Co-ordinate with Distribution/Business, Operations, Audit etc.

Preferred candidate profile

MBA from a reputed college.
Preferred experience minimum of 10 years in Credit HL /Mortgage Loans/MSME Loan products.
Team handling of minimum 10 direct repartee's on geographically scattered location is a must.
