Role & responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning:

    Develop and execute effective sales strategies for the region, identifying new market opportunities for LAP.
  • Team Leadership:

    Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a team of Area Managers/Sales Executives to achieve high performance and productivity.
  • Channel Management:

    Strengthen and expand the network of Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), builders, and brokers for lead generation.
  • Sales & Disbursement:

    Drive disbursement targets for LAP, ensuring efficient lead conversion and meeting business goals.
  • Relationship Building:

    Cultivate strong relationships with customers, partners (banks, HFCs), and internal teams (credit, ops).
  • Market Analysis:

    Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and local market conditions to adapt strategies.
  • Compliance & Quality:

    Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory guidelines (KYC, PDD) and maintain good credit quality.
