The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the assigned region. Key responsibilities include managing and mentoring sales teams, building and maintaining relationships with clients, achieving sales targets, and preparing sales forecasts. The role also involves identifying new business opportunities, analyzing market trends, and collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
