Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Bupa. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing relationships with clients and driving business growth.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase customer satisfaction and retention.
Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients to drive revenue growth.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales strategies that meet client needs.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client loyalty and advocacy.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Relationship Manager or similar role, preferably in the financial industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building rapport with clients.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills are needed to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including investments and banking solutions.
Experience working with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations.
