Job Description

As the Regional Vice President in the Financial Services sector, your role involves leading the sales organization in the West region. Your primary responsibilities include developing growth strategies, driving revenue performance, and managing a team of Account Executives. You will be responsible for promoting the adoption of Salesforce, Tableau, and Data Cloud solutions in large Financial Services institutions. Additionally, building a customer-centric sales culture that aligns with Salesforce values is crucial. Key Responsibilities: - Exceed regional revenue and quota targets by maintaining a strong deal cadence. - Develop multi-year growth strategies to expand Salesforce and Tableau presence in Financial Services. - Lead account and territory planning, industry strategies, and pipeline discipline for BFSI customers. - Engage with senior executives in various roles to influence decision-making and expand relationships. - Identify and close enterprise-wide transformation opportunities in AI, Data, Analytics, and CRM. - Ensure accurate forecasting with 5% accuracy and promote the use of Salesforce CRM for operational excellence. - Collaborate with internal teams and partners to deliver unified outcomes and promote Salesforce solutions. - Stay informed about competitive trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements in the BFSI sector. - Recruit, coach, and develop high-performing Account Executives while fostering a strong team culture. - Drive both large enterprise deals and high-velocity business while supporting key customer engagements through travel within the region. Qualifications: - 15+ years of enterprise software sales experience, preferably in Financial Services institutions. - Demonstrated leadership in managing and scaling enterprise sales teams. - Strong understanding of Banking, Insurance, NBFC, and Asset/Wealth Management processes. - Experience in Analytics, BI, Data Platforms, AI, or related technologies is advantageous. - Track record of over-achievement and building referenceable enterprise customer relationships. - Proficiency in complex sales cycles, multi-stakeholder engagement, and large deal execution. - Exceptional executive presence, emotional intelligence, and ability to influence at the C-level. - Collaborative nature, adept at cross-functional leadership, and thriving in a matrixed environment. - Passion for talent development and cultivating a high-performance culture. - Self-directed, resourceful, and skilled in managing technical discussions with senior leaders. - Effective recruiter with the ability to attract top talent to enhance the organization's capabilities.,
