Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve business targets.
Revenue & Business Growth:
Drive sales performance by identifying new business opportunities and expanding the customer base.
Team Management:
Recruit, train, and motivate sales executives to ensure high performance and target achievement.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and dealers.
Market Analysis:
Conduct market research to understand trends, competition, and customer needs to optimize sales strategies.
Reporting & Forecasting:
Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews to senior management.
Collaboration:
Coordinate with the marketing, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
Compliance & Documentation:
Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing strategies, and sales procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
5+ years of experience
in sales, preferably in the
UPVC doors and windows
industry or a related construction/building materials sector.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region.
