The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, optimizing project budgets, and ensuring cost efficiency for building material projects. Proficiency in window design and estimation software such as EVA, Window Maker, and other relevant tools is essential for this role.Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for uPVC windows and doors, ensuring optimal project budgeting and cost efficiency.
• Utilize software like EVA, Window Maker, and other relevant tools for window design, estimation, and optimization.
• Must have knowledge of uPVC profiles, their rates, different hardware types, glass types, and their pricing for accurate cost calculations.
• Analyze project specifications, material requirements, and labor costs to generate precise quotations.
• Coordinate with the sales and production teams to ensure accurate pricing, feasibility, and cost-effective solutions.
• Assist in value engineering to optimize designs while maintaining quality and performance standards.
  

Qualifications And Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, or a related Engineering field.
• 2+ years of experience in cost estimation, project budgeting, and technical support in the uPVC window industry.
• Strong knowledge of uPVC profiles, hardware types, glass types, and their respective pricing.
• Proficiency in using estimation and window design software such as EVA, Window Maker, and other relevant tools.
• Familiarity with industry standards, building materials, and project specifications.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams to deliver accurate cost estimates.
