Job Description

  • Building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline by identifying and qualifying leads through various channels.
  • Conducting in-person and/or virtual meetings to deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Performing in-depth needs assessments to understand client technical and business requirements.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients and key senior business decision-makers.
  • Crafting and presenting customized proposals and quotes that align with client needs and budgets.
  • Negotiating contracts and pricing to secure profitable deals.
  • Collaborating with internal teams, such as technical solutions architects, marketing, sales operations, and customer success, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Achieving sales targets and revenue goals through proactive prospecting.
  • Staying updated on public cloud industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
  • Maintaining accurate customer sales records and reports using CRM tools.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-7 years of experience in field sales, preferably in IT SaaS, Cloud Solutions, or B2B Sales.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Knowledge of Google Cloud, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office365, Azure, Zoho, or B2B SaaS solutions.
  • Practitioner level experience with CRM tools (like Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel within Bengaluru and nearby locations for client meetings.
  • Any credentials or certifications in cloud sales technologies (good to have).
