Role Overview

We are seeking a Sales Manager (East & North-East)

revenue growth, dealer engagement and brand representation

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and grow a strong dealer/distributor network across Eastern India.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as per company objectives.
• Identify and onboard new channel partners and institutional customers.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market intelligence to guide strategy.
• Conduct regular market visits to support channel partners and ensure secondary sales.
• Collaborate with marketing and service teams for regional campaigns, demos, and exhibitions.
• Prepare monthly sales forecasts, performance reports, and collection updates.
• Lead, train, and motivate field executives and local representatives.
• Ensure adherence to company’s credit policies, commercial terms, and reporting structures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).

• 7+ years of sales experience

  in electronics, automation, POS, IT hardware, or similar B2B/Channel-driven domains.
• Strong understanding of channel management, institutional selling, and dealer/distributor ecosystem.
• Proven ability to open new territories and scale business.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable with frequent travel across the Eastern region.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently
