Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Vijayawada or Guntur for a Regional Sales Manager. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a sales team, driving revenue growth, and maintaining strong client relationships. Daily tasks will include monitoring sales performance, providing coaching and mentorship, conducting market research, and collaborating with other departments to achieve regional sales objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in to Overseas Education Industry sales management and strategy development
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to conduct market research and analyze sales data
• Proficiency in creating and executing sales plans and meeting sales targets
• Experience in the education sector or related industries is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Proficient in CRM software and other sales tools
